Thursday Night 5QF Sneak Peek!!


Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh <-------------- That's a big, contented, "I'm done with my work week" sigh. Weekend, here we come!


It's a busy weekend over in these parts...we've got the 5k Run/Walk in conjunction with the benefit for my BIL's family on Saturday, in betwixt the two (betwixt...ever since the Royal Wedding, I have been in love with "betwixt") I am getting my hair cut (amen!!), after the benefit it sounds as if we are hosting the Mr's side of the family for some "together" time, and then it's Mother's Day (and since I finally got my picnic table last year, I don't know what to ask for!!)!

Should be fun...and I'm hoping I'll have some incredibly cute hair to show you (along with the saga that has led me to have some rather "Non-Hot Mom Hair".)! I also have some photos from a couple of shoots to share with you and a some "now and then" pics, too! Yikes...the subject matter I have is earth shattering, isn't it?

    Happy Mothers Day when it comes! Ours was last month in the UK!

Halo Braid Tutorial!

How appropriate, "halo braid", no?! ;) Finally, I have this ready for you...I apologize for the delay! This braid looks intricate, but is really quite easy and quick to pull off...the original video (prior to the warp speed braiding...watch the video to see what I mean) was just a bit over 8 minutes long...not too shabby! So, here you go...right in time for you to try it out on your little girl for Easter!

Crock-Pot Fajitas

You! Yes, YOU!! You must stop whatevertheheck it is that you are doing, and make this recipe. Right now. Tonight. Well...wait. You should probably finish reading this post first...you know...so you know how to make it... But then...STOP! STOP everything, make this, and thank me later!
