Black Hills: Second Edition

Well, hello my long lost blog...how've you been?! I've missed you...and apparently, so has my family! We just returned from a vacation to the Black Hills, during which my Baby Girl said, "Mama, you should blog again." How the heck can I deny that?! ;) While I'm getting warmed up with my blogging skills again, let's start with a couple of pictures from our vacation. (Oh! Rules for Five Question Friday : Copy and paste the following questions to your blog post, answer them, then watch for the linky to appear Friday morning! And, most importantly, HAVE FUN!! On level surfaces, people seem taller or shorter than they normally are, water flows up hill, trees bend at odd angles and everything just "feels" weird! Just standing still, we either leaned forward: Or backward: People could sit on a chair on a ledge: And, it took me having to pull myself to get out the back door: The "shack" we toured was a "replica" of the original shack that some college buddies built and "discovered this cosmic force"...our tour guide informed us that pilots report their gauges "go crazy" when they fly over the Cosmos site. I'm certain that there was some kind of optical illusion...but DANG! It made me feel goofy! I actually...
