Tell them you love them.

If anything this last year has taught me, it's to not take life for granted. Not to count on tomorrow, when your world can change in a heartbeat today.

Do not live with regrets. Do not forget to say "I'm sorry" and "I love you", because you can never be certain when you might lose that opportunity.

Love with wild abandon. Laugh. Hug those close to you. You might not be able to tomorrow.

A young boy is fighting for his life. He desperately needs your prayers. As our community rallies to lift this boy up in prayer, I ask if you would include him in your prayers too.

And hug your kids. Tell them you love them. And while you're at it, hug your spouse, too.

  3. I just posted on this same topic yesterday, which was the one-year anniversary of the last conversation I had with my dad before he suddenly passed on the 13th. Not a moment goes by that I'm not grateful I told him I loved him before I hung up the phone that day...

Oh, hold it...wait just a sec (again)...actually, I got this recipe from Melissa...yes, the Melissa of this story ! And this story ...which, well...is the same story, just told two different ways! ;) So, you can thank her...I guess. Well, in any event...prepare your tastebuds to be tantalized! You'll need this: And, this: You'll also need chicken breasts or steak, but since photographing your "main ingredient" is, like, soooo passe, I've left it out. ( Ahem... ) Just keepin ' up with the times, friend. So...slice up those peppers and onions into cute little strips... And...try your best to not slice up the little fingers that are sneaking away pepper strips... (Lemme just inte...
