Boutique Giveaway!

Heck, no! I ain't givin' away no boutique...but I AM giving away a $25 gift certificate to My Baby Clothes Boutique!

Recently, MBCB (you know, "My Baby Clothes Boutique" for short...we're all about nicknames over here) contacted to me to see if I'd be interested in doing a review/giveaway with them.

Um, YEAH! I absolutely ADORE the unique baby clothes they've got over there, and when I choose the item I wanted to review, I KNEW it had to be something girly. I've been debating about getting a pettiskirt (similar to a tutu) for our babe and/or for photoshoots, so after I spent waaaaayyyyyy too much time perusing the site, I finally decided on this (excuse the poor photos...I seized a cooperative moment from my girl without thinking about background and lighting much!):

And oh, my word! It is fabulous! Simply, MAH-velous, dahlink.

Seriously, so cute and full and frilly and the perfect photo prop...and their baby hats and baby headbands? SO stinkin' cute that I'm pretty sure I need a couple of 'em for some more photo props!

I was also impressed with the "business" side of MBCB...professional, yet extremely personable as well. As someone who thrives on making connections with people, I was impressed from the start.

So, do you wanna check out MBCB and try for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate? I thought you would!

Just leave me a comment, shout out what you'd buy, love, wanna get from My Baby Clothes Boutique and you're all entered! For two extra entries, My Baby Clothes Boutique on Twitter (please leave a comment for every entry)! Good luck!

Find My Baby Clothes Boutique on Facebook. The My Baby Clothes Boutique Blog can be found here.

Giveaway will close Friday, June 10th at 10 pm...winner will be announce Saturday, June 11th!

**I was provided, at no charge, with a pettiskirt from MBCB for a review and giveaway. I was not compensated to write a positive review, my words above are just the plain ol' truth!

  1. Okay, A) your baby looks Just Like You. And B) I'd have to get something frilly for my niece. I do not want girls of my own (hormons=the death of me) so I love to dress up my niece (and then send her home!). Thanks for a great giveaway!

Come here looking for the tutorial? It can be found here:  Halo Braid Tutorial!  Let me know how it goes! I had something in mind to try on Baby Girl's hair the other day...my best bud, Dr. J, did something similar to it on Belle once, and I was trying to replicate it. Instead, I got this: Isn't it pretty?! It didn't take nearly as long as it looks and isn't nearly as intricate as it looks! Vlog tutorial coming soon...(for those of you waiting, I'm sorry it's taking me so long!)

Halo Braid Tutorial!

How appropriate, "halo braid", no?! ;) Finally, I have this ready for you...I apologize for the delay! This braid looks intricate, but is really quite easy and quick to pull off...the original video (prior to the warp speed braiding...watch the video to see what I mean) was just a bit over 8 minutes long...not too shabby! So, here you go...right in time for you to try it out on your little girl for Easter!

Crock-Pot Fajitas

You! Yes, YOU!! You must stop whatevertheheck it is that you are doing, and make this recipe. Right now. Tonight. Well...wait. You should probably finish reading this post first...you know...so you know how to make it... But then...STOP! STOP everything, make this, and thank me later! Oh, hold it...wait just a sec (again)...actually, I got this recipe from Melissa...yes, the Melissa of this story ! And this story ...which, well...is the same story, just told two different ways! ;) So, you can thank her...I guess. Well, in any event...prepare your tastebuds to be tantalized! You'll need this: And, this: You'll also need chicken breasts or steak, but since photographing your "main ingredient" is, like, soooo passe, I've left it out. ( Ahem... ) Just keepin ' up with the times, friend. So...slice up those peppers and onions into cute little strips... And...try your best to not slice up the little fingers that are sneaking away pepper strips... (Lemme just inte
