Ahhhh...Internet!...and a new Date!


Wow...I've been a blog slacker this weekend!

But, not by choice!

After a storm knocked out our internet for what seemed like forever more than a half a day, only to come back right as I was leaving to work, I started to have withdrawls.

Shaking.

Sweating.

It wasn't pretty.

But, phew!, we're back in action now!

And, it's time for this week's "Date of the Week"!

*...Drumroll please...*

Friends, I'd like to announce that this week's Date is:

I'm a first time mommy of two-year-old twin girls. I'm a part-time worker, full-time mommy. My blog is about me, my girls, decorating, work, family, you name it, I blog about it!

Stop over and say 'hi' to Joanna! She's got a really cute sense of humor...and tell her Mama sent you!

    I used to do that. Then I got pregnant and now my bed calls to me much louder than the internet.

Halo Braid Tutorial!

How appropriate, "halo braid", no?! ;) Finally, I have this ready for you...I apologize for the delay! This braid looks intricate, but is really quite easy and quick to pull off...the original video (prior to the warp speed braiding...watch the video to see what I mean) was just a bit over 8 minutes long...not too shabby! So, here you go...right in time for you to try it out on your little girl for Easter!
