I've really been a grump lately. Everyone is wound so tight at work that it's Snappity Snapperville (myself included...hey, change is hard). I find so many negative things coming out of my mouth and it really bothers me!
So, this post is going to be a reminder to myself about all of the wonderful things that I have in my life.
Such as:
An incredible husband who adores me.
And a husband whom I adore.
5 amazing, healthy children.
A career that I LOVE.
A husband that is hardworking.
Incredible parents.
Three amazing brothers.
Wonderful in-laws.
Grandparents who hung the moon, I'm sure of it.
Aunts and uncles and cousins and nieces and nephews and Godchildren that rock this world.
Friends that have my back.
A great friend who is also our daycare provider.
Or is it, "a daycare provider who is also a great friend."?
A warm, spacious home in which to raise my brood.
A safe yard for my kids to play in.
The luxury of being able to afford to pay for my kids to attend a school where they can pray, say the Pledge of Allegiance, talk about God, and have a 'Christmas Program' rather than a 'Holiday Program'.
This beautiful state in which I live.
This amazing country, of which I am a citizen.
A comfortable bed.
An iPad. ;)
My health.
My sanity.
Membership in a wonderful church community.
A vehicle that I own.
Clean air to breathe.
Two dogs that protect us.
Laundry that is still (semi) caught up.
The ability to afford the occasional "friviolous" item.
Food on my table.
Veggies (growing) in my garden.
To be continued...
