Is There Anything...


More rewarding (and incredibly difficult at the same time) than being...

A mom?

I mean, I know there are brain surgeons and rocket scientists and people working to discover cures for cancer...

Don't get me wrong....

But, is there anything more amazing than seeing a smile...

Just because you walked into a room?

Or, soothing an owie...
With a simple kiss?

How about, knowing you are the only person on the face of the earth that knows your children's needs, wants, quirks, and preferences?

Isn't it amazing...

How God matches up just the right baby(ies) for you?

It takes my breath away.

    I also find this pretty amazing! And, even more amazing are the friends of mine who've adopted, seeming so well suited for their child's needs...makes me sure God cares about the particulars of our lives! :)

Halo Braid Tutorial!

How appropriate, "halo braid", no?! ;) Finally, I have this ready for you...I apologize for the delay! This braid looks intricate, but is really quite easy and quick to pull off...the original video (prior to the warp speed braiding...watch the video to see what I mean) was just a bit over 8 minutes long...not too shabby! So, here you go...right in time for you to try it out on your little girl for Easter!
