Dear God:


Hi God, it's me, Mama.

Just wanted to touch base about a couple of things...

First of all, thank you for making sure my biggest boy got home safe when he drove himself home tonight. *gulp* I'll probably be calling on You a lot to be with him when he drives (and always). Thanks in advance for that.

Also, could you please hurry spring along? I mean, I know that there's something like 10-17 inches of snow headed our way, but after that? Maybe? You see, we're running out of "non-holey kneed" jeans around here...and rather than buy new ones to last the rest of the school year, I'd just prefer that it warms up and we can do shorts instead.

And one more thing...thanks for being so awesome. I don't know what I'd do without You.

    Love your letter to God! isnt it comofrting to know all we have to do is speak out and He ehars us and answers us. It brings me so much comfort. Glad your son is home safely.

    Hey Mama - I'm not around the blog world much cause of my... well, stuff. It's like, a ton of stuff. OMG. You know. Sigh. Anyway, how's Baby Girl's leg? Any word? I'm totally freaking out here. She's not even my kid. I'm praying and freaking out. And checking my kids' legs. There are a lot of legs to check. Writing my own letter to God for ya... <3

Halo Braid Tutorial!

How appropriate, "halo braid", no?! ;) Finally, I have this ready for you...I apologize for the delay! This braid looks intricate, but is really quite easy and quick to pull off...the original video (prior to the warp speed braiding...watch the video to see what I mean) was just a bit over 8 minutes long...not too shabby!
